A video of New Jersey's Monmouth Park racetrack announcer's call as two horses with funny names battled it out to the finish.

Larry Collmus the track announcer at Monmouth Park in Oceanport New Jersey had noticed "My wife knows everything" and "The wife doesn't know" on the card for Sunday's seventh race but has said he did not envision the outcome.

Mr Collmus sounded like a confused husband as flicked between the tongue-twisting names while the two horses battled down the stretch.

At the finish he exclaimed: "My wife knows everything more than The wife doesn't know. Whew!"

My wife knows everything is trained by a woman, while a man trains The wife doesn't know.
